Effective Communication is the switching and swapping of information between individuals by means of talking, writing, or using a familiar method of signs. Ineffective communications and conversations results in a lot of failures most of the time because the desired reaction or answer is not effectively conveyed and received, and the failure of having conveyed the needed information is one of the leading reasons that businesses fail. Written conversations, as the name suggests, uses written words. It may be in the form of business letters, memos, written speeches and reports, etc. The advantage of written conversation is that the writer may revise any portion of the written piece before transmitting it to assure a clear and definite message. Another advantage is that the written piece may be reproduced in large quantities easily. An example of this is photocopying.
Effective Communication is a permanent part of business. This is in the form of exchanging information, inquiries, making transactions, offering solutions, etc. Every business has its own goals set and they effectively function to achieve these goals.
