Coaching
Introduction
Coaching is one of the most over used and misunderstood terms in the business world. People often confuse coaching with mentoring, training, instruction or just plain and simple interference!
At Empathy we coach you in a way which gives you the self belief to face your challenges and opportunities with confidence.
What is coaching?
It’s plain and simple. Coaching is asking you empowering questions to enable you to find your own solutions, get better at what you do and achieve your full potential.
Our beliefs
Client’s best interests are our absolute top priority. So we build your trust and our rapport. We believe that if you are going to get value from your investment, you must genuinely believe in your coach. And that’s through building a strong relationship. Clients should leave each session insipred to take control and act. So we focus on five key principles which add up to SCORE.
Sincerity
We are always honest and open. We expect the same from you. We coach because we care about people. As a result, if we feel that we are not able to demonstrate that sincerity, we’ll end the relationship. We’re glad to say it hasn’t happened very often!
Commitment
We are totally committed to each individual client. That means we’ll never cancel an appointment. And we’ll do what we say we will. Of course we expect our clients to show the same commitment to their development.
Objectivity
We won’t make judgements about you or your situations. Equally we will help you to look at situations from a different perspective
Respect
It goes without saying!
Empathy
There are some highly qualified coaches out there. But can you gain a qualification in empathy? We pride ourselves in the relationships that we build with our clients. And that’s simply down to the type of people that we are
